Reading

Give the page your full attention.

You pick up a book. A notification arrives. Twenty minutes later, you haven’t turned a page. UnlockFocus blocks the apps that interrupt your reading so you can stay with the words in front of you.

How it works for reading

Simple Focus — block social media, messaging, or any distracting app. Choose “Reading” as your reason, set your time, and read without interruption.

Learn to Unlock — if you’re reading to learn, add your notes from the book. UnlockFocus can generate quiz questions from them, helping you retain what you read.
